The only headphone-type things which I currently own-
a rather shoddy pair of earbud-type-things-
have developed a rattle-noise.
this is unfortunate.

(.. not sure about the first one, but the second one was definitely recorded with my equalizer turned on. I'm getting sloppy and forgetting to turn it off.)

Yea, it's not like Thick as a Brick is the greatest song of all time or anything...

(Well, that's actually less sarcastic than I intended. Rite of Spring wins, but TAAB and CTTE come damn close.)

there are lots of greatest songs-- the real trick is keeping them from getting lost in the sofa cushions. they're like reclusive, magellanic magpies, groping greenly in the dark for crushed poptarts and sandwich bags.

tomorrow, i shall take them for a walk.
