Someone just posted an entry talking about how gift-roses suck because they're just cut, dying flowers,
and i was like,

i still like me some desiccated roses, though. Actually, i'll only ever leave roses in water for a day or two, then i hang them to dry.

I agree with this sentiment.

Roses, hung upside down for a few days, dry out nicely and can be kept forever. Potatoes that go uneaten get smelly and rotten.

Though you CAN make "shrunken heads" with shrivelled potatoes. ROMANTIC shrunken heads.

put potatoes are delicious and totally worth the fatmakings XD

Oh man, i could go without potatoes for.. pretty much ever. Like, i LIKE baked/mashed potatoes, etc, but i don't go looking for 'em.
