i would be an awful tree.
my skin is thin and thrashy.
eyes brine their fellow angers.

(or, translated, i am shivery, my skin is dry and crackled, and i have a headache.)

to do:

• turn in ukrainian problem in phonology section
• check out doublemany books [to be determined] on mandarin
• work in browsing library
• glee club rehearsal, officer elections
• establish the phonological inventory of the beijing dialect via recognition of contrastive pairs; also document allophonic variations and [other littlestuffs]. due tomorrow, and i have not started.

also "not get dead," but that's a standing order.

I want you to be healthy and good. And I want you to go to sleep knowing that somebody loves you.

it's a beautiful/warmful statement. simple things are often beautiful.
